> The Baby and Child Show

Volunteers from the Towcester & District NCT branch went to the Baby and Child Show, held at the Towcester Racecourse on Sunday 7 February, to help spread the word about what’s available in the area to local mums, dads and parents-to-be.

Sponsored by Toddle About, the show attracted more than 800 people through the door, with around 40 stands. Kids had a great time while their parents browsed, leaving with their pictures of Humphrey, faces painted, balloons and bubbles, as well as a quick hop on the playbus before they went home.

For the branch it meant loads more people went away with information on what was important to them - knowing what antenatal classes were available and what toddler group to go to when the babies were old enough!
